Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations to ensure the delivery of high-quality healthcare services
- Manage and develop hospital staff, focusing on human resource strategies
- Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize hospital performance
- Lead strategic initiatives to improve patient care and hospital efficiency.
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree (MSc) in a relevant field
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in healthcare and hospital management.
