A Hospital at Lekki urgently needs an experienced Hospital Manager for immediate employment Hospital managers coordinate a hospital's health care services. Through their various duties, they ensure efficient care of all patients. Hospital managers also keep up with new laws and regulations, organize any facility service records and may represent a hospital in front of a governing board.

Duties

• Directing and supervising the work of medical staff
• Establishing organizational goals
• Planning and implementing programs, such as human resources (HR) administration
• Overseeing finances and related operations, such as budget planning, authorizing expenses, and creating financial reports
• Communicating with staff, departments, and board members
• Hiring and training staff
• Monitoring resource use and allocation
• Ensuring that facilities are up to standard and meet current regulatory requirements

 REQUIREMENT:

• Qualification: HND/BSc. (Applicants must have a Degree in Accounting or Business Management)

Salary: N100,000-120,000 per month.
