Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver engaging lessons on government, politics, and civic education.
- Encourage critical discussions and debates on current events and governmental issues.
- Assess student understanding through assignments, presentations, and exams
- Foster an environment that promotes respectful dialogue and diverse perspectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, Education, or a related field.
- Teaching certification in Social Studies, History or Government.
- Strong knowledge of political systems, historical events, and their impact on societies.
- Ability to analyze and teach diverse governmental structures, political theories, and key historical developments, including global and national histories.
- Demonstrated expertise in engaging students with critical thinking, discussions, and the application of historical context to contemporary issues.
