Helper at Karsto Global Resources Limited

Main Task and Duties
The duties of a Helper shall be as listed below:

• Clean the workshop area and equipment.
• Assist in blasting, painting, and fabrication activities.
• Pack and store equipment.
• Operate the compressor.
• Arrange the workshop before, during, and after operations.
• Clean the surroundings in the facility.
• Cut grass within and around the facility to keep the place tidy.
• Turn the generator on and off and add fuel when required.
• Turn the alarm on and off when required.
• Ensure that all incidents are reported in the incident register.
• Comply with instructions from the immediate supervisor.
• Assist in the general housekeeping at the worksite and base.
• Participate in pre-job meetings before the start of any operation when on the worksite.
• Assist and provide support in the maintenance of all electrical and mechanical aspects of maintenance.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum O’level.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a related or similar job role in the oil and gas sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Great organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, and bend for an extended period of time.
• Excellent time management and teamwork skills
