• We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head Tailor to join our client's fashion house team. In this pivotal role, you will play a key leadership role in overseeing all aspects of our tailoring operations, ensuring exceptional workmanship and timely production of our garments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Production Leadership: Effectively coordinate a team of tailors to meet production targets, deadlines, and quality standards.
• Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain a robust quality control system to ensure garments meet exact specifications and are error-free.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience as a skilled tailor in a fashion house environment.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a leadership role overseeing a team of tailors.
• In-depth knowledge of garment construction, sewing techniques, and tailoring best practices.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively motivate and guide a team.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality craftsmanship.
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
