Location: Sagamu, Ogun

Responsibilities

• Maintains a safe and secure environment for employees by establishing and enforcing security policies and procedures; supervising the security guard force.
• Planning and implementing high quality security system and constantly improving it as per the need.
• Developing security policies, standards, guidelines and procedures and Monitoring its effective implementation.
• To devise and execute mechanism for proper vigilance and intelligence
• Collection and taking proactive measures on relevant information.
• To ensure Crime Detection: Identification, Interrogation & Trailing, and Intelligence &Security Duties.
• Liaison with police & other regulatory authorities/ agencies and state officials (If required)
• To ensure management of security operations involving large movement of men, materials and vehicles in the plant and ensuring adherence to Company guidelines and discipline in all the operations of the plant and its Residential areas.
• Keep tab on incidents of theft, encroachment, indiscipline etc and take Remedial action.
• To ensure that there is no encroachment near plant premises
• To ensure the check of all incoming- outgoing materials & vehicles and Document the detail for same.
• To Look after a guard force of personnel spread over different plant Locations independently.
• Monitoring all the aspects concerning security in all the locations including men and material movement, surveillance, general discipline of personnel,
• Preparing duty roster of security personnel, fire fighting appliances, mock fire fighting drills, vehicle movements, frequent briefing to guards regarding their conducts and discipline, making surprise checks at regular intervals, gate management, setting up crisis management team etc.
• Managing safety and fire fighting in plant.
• Being the active member of the safety committee & analyze the accidents and safety systems
• To be actively involved in the safety of plant & men and device/implement new systems for safety.
• Responsible for the house keeping of the plant, basements and company Premises.
• Streamlining the vehicle movements of the Company’s fleet: Crisis management and dealing with sensitive situations and to execute any other task assigned by the management.
• Maintenance of Lawn and Garden and responsible for the pest control in plant.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an HND qualification with 10 - 15 years work experience.

Salary
N300,000 - N400,000 annually.
