• A Sales Head is a professional who is responsible for the success of their company’s sales department. They set goals for their team and produce monthly forecasting reports to see how well they’re doing in achieving those targets and budgets based on what’s happening with revenue streams so that everything runs smoothly from month to month.

Responsibilities:

• Understanding of real estate market
• Designing and implementing of sales strategies for targeted revenue.
• Meetings prospective customers to present project & following up the sales
• Achieve Sales targets for all Residential & Commercial Projects
• Respond to customer and broker queries and complaints Timely
• Identify potential customers, engage with them on a regular basis to convert the lead
