Head Sales/ Branch Optimization

Job Responsibilities:
- Branch sales activities
- Enagage in strategic partnerships and outdoor/corporate sales activities
- Galvanize/supervise branch staff towards achieving targets
- Work with relaed departments to resolve branch related problems
Job Requirements:
- Up to 10 years plus experience in sales & marketing and not less than 5-years in managing a team.
- Excellent customer service/ customer experience skills
- Highly analytical, creative
- Experience with corporate/outdoor sales transactions
- Leadership/supervisory skills
- Good understanding of subscription related businesses
Industry Experience:Banking/Insurance/HMO
