• The Head of Strategy at Descasio will drive the company's strategic planning initiatives, identify growth opportunities, and ensure the execution of business goals in alignment with the organization’s vision and mission. This individual will play a key role in shaping the company’s future direction, providing strategic recommendations, and collaborating across all departments to drive innovation and sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning and Development

• Lead the development and execution of the company's long-term strategic plan.
• Evaluate market trends, competitor activities, and industry insights to identify opportunities and threats.
• Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of strategic initiatives.

Business Growth and Expansion

• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets for expansion.
• Lead feasibility studies and business case development for new initiatives.
• Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and product teams to align strategic goals with business outcomes.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Work closely with the CEO and executive leadership team to provide strategic recommendations and insights.
• Communicate strategies and key initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
• Foster partnerships with external organizations to enhance business capabilities.

Team Leadership and Collaboration

• Build and manage a high-performing strategy team, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
• Collaborate with department heads to ensure alignment of departmental goals with overall strategy.
• Facilitate cross-functional initiatives to drive operational efficiency and business success.

Data-Driven Decision Making

• Utilize data and analytics to inform strategic decisions and identify trends.
• Monitor the progress and impact of strategic initiatives, making adjustments as necessary.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards for the executive team and board of directors.

Risk Management

• Anticipate potential risks and challenges associated with strategic initiatives.
• Develop contingency plans and mitigation strategies to address uncertainties.

• Experience in the technology or IT services sector is highly desirable.
