Fabcom Structural Limited, a leading roofing manufacturing company in Nigeria, is seeking a qualified and experienced Head of Security to oversee the security of our facilities and personnel within the Production Technology Department.
Key Responsibilities:
Developing and implementing comprehensive security policies and procedures.
Managing and supervising security personnel to ensure effective operations.
Conducting regular security assessments and risk assessments.
Investigating security incidents and implementing corrective actions.
Collaborating with other departments to maintain a secure environment.
Ensuring compliance with security regulations and industry standards.
Developing and conducting security training programs for employees.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Security Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in security management positions within manufacturing companies.
