Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of School located in Lekki.
• The Head of School is responsible for the smooth operation and academic performance of the school.
• The role will involve overseeing the school's curriculum development, educational leadership, communication with staff, students and parents, and conducting research to ensure the school's educational standards are met.

Qualifications

• Strong background in Educational Leadership, Curriculum Development, and Education
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with staff, students, and parents
• Experience in conducting research to ensure academic excellence of the school
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, or related field
• Experience in a leadership role in a school or educational institution will be beneficial
• Experience with virtual and in-person learning systems
• Should have British/Nigerian curriculum experience
