Head of School at Grace Haven School

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership and vision for the school
• Develop and implement school policies and procedures
• Oversee academic programs and curriculum development
• Manage school budget and resources
• Supervise and evaluate teaching and non-teaching staff
• Foster a positive school culture and community
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Build relationships with stakeholders (parents, students, staff, community)

Requirements:

• Proven experience in educational leadership
• Strong leadership, management, and communication skills
•  Ability to drive  excellence and 
• Strong financial management and budgeting skills
• Education: Candidates must be a graduate or preferably Master's degree in Education.
• Must have a certified experience with EYFS, Montessori and Jolly phonics.
• Must have worked in a British/ America  curriculum oriented organisation.
• Must be able to work without supervision and also Must be accountable for the output of other Staff
