    Head of Sales

    Job Summary

    • Vetsark is looking for a Head of Sales & Partnerships (Food Distribution) to drive the distribution, supply, and sales of chicken and fish products to hotels, restaurants, catering services, and food businesses. This role is key to expanding our market reach, building strategic partnerships, and ensuring seamless delivery of high-quality food products to clients.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute a sales strategy to grow Vetsark’s market share in the food industry.
    • Identify, engage, and build long-term partnerships with hotels, restaurants, catering businesses, and food distributors.
    • Lead and manage the sales pipeline, driving B2B sales through strategic outreach and relationship management.
    • Work closely with the Off-Taking and Farm Network teams to ensure efficient supply and delivery.
    • Develop pricing models, negotiate contracts, and ensure competitive market positioning.
    • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
    • Establish performance metrics and sales targets, ensuring continuous revenue growth.
    • Represent Vetsark at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to generate leads and partnerships.

    Requirements

    • 5+ years experience in sales, business development, or partnerships within food distribution, agriculture, FMCG, or hospitality.
    • Strong B2B sales experience with a proven track record in closing deals and managing partnerships.
    • Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
    • Understanding of supply chain logistics, pricing, and market trends in the food industry.
    • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to drive revenue growth and expand market reach
