    Head of Sales

    Job Description:

    • Responsible for researching and developing marketing opportunities and planning and implementing new sales plans
    • Responsible for promoting the company's existing brands and introducing new products to the market
    • Analyze budgets, prepare annual budget plans, and ensuring that the sales team meets their quotas and goals
    • Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals.
    • Training, coaching, and managing marketing and sales teams to meet sales and marketing human resource objectives.
    • Maintaining relationships with important stakeholders by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
    • Setting, monitoring and reporting on team goals

    Requirements

    • A degree in Social Sciences / business or any related field (relevant certification will be an added advantage) ·
    • 8 years minimum cognate experience in Sales with at least 5 years in an HMO ·
    • HMO marketing experience is a must ·
    • Ability to work independently and be self-motivated ·
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written ·
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
