Head of Sales

- Location Lagos
- Job Field Real Estate , Sales & Business Development
- Salary Range ₦400,000 - ₦500,000/month
Our client, a property development company is in need of the above role.

The Head of Sales will be responsible for leading the sales team and driving revenue growth for the company.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in a sales leadership role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and revenue growth
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- High level of energy and enthusiasm
- Able to build strong relationships with customers and internal teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
