As a Head of Sales, you will work with a team of sales associates to call potential new customers, understand their tuition requirements, and match them with the perfect tutor for their child. You will be responsible for developing Edukoya’s sales playbook including team set up, operations, scripts and performance management to ensure our tutoring services grow in a repeatable and scalable way.
The ideal candidate will utilize their skills to generate high quality leads, build a strong relationship with customers and close deals. The ideal candidate must have strong negotiating skills, ideally experience of establishing a sales strategy and have the ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way.
