    Head of Sales

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking an experienced Head of Sales to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth.
    • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling high-end products, developing sales strategies, mentoring teams, and consistently exceeding sales targets.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business goals.
    • Lead, train, and mentor the sales team to improve performance.
    • Drive sales growth and expand the customer base.
    • Build and maintain relationships with key clients.
    • Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
    • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
    • 5–7 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
    • Proven success in selling high-end or premium products.
    • Strong leadership, coaching, negotiation, and team management skills.
    • Excellent communication, customer engagement, and strategic planning abilities.
    • Demonstrated ability to train, mentor, and develop high-performing sales teams.
