Role Description

• This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head of Risk, located in Abuja.
• The Head of Risk will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks across the organization. This includes monitoring market risks, ensuring regulatory compliance, and implementing enterprise risk management strategies.
• The role involves conducting thorough risk assessments and analysis, developing risk policies and frameworks, and providing expert advice to senior management on risk-related matters.
• The Head of Risk will also oversee the finance-related risks, ensuring the company's financial stability.

Qualifications

• Experience in Market Risk and Enterprise Risk Management
• Knowledge of Regulatory Compliance and Analytical Skills
• Strong background in Finance and financial risk management
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to develop and implement risk management policies and frameworks
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Risk Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Professional certifications such as FRM, CFA, or PRM are a plus
