Head of Practice at Globalclique

Job Description:

• We are in need of an ambitious and energetic Head of Practice to drive the development and implementation of various real estate business strategies and objectives that will deliver the best to the companys operation.

Responsibilities:

Leadership and Management:

• Provide effective leadership to the practice, overseeing the daily operations and ensuring alignment with the companys strategic objectives.
• Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and professional growth.

Client Relationship Management:

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services.
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the growth of the practice through client acquisition and retention.

Project Management:

• Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of real estate projects, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
• Monitor project budgets, resources, and timelines, making adjustments as necessary to meet objectives.

Market Analysis and Strategy:

• Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory changes affecting the real estate sector in Nigeria.
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to position the practice competitively in the market.

Financial Management:

• Manage the financial performance of the practice, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Implement cost-effective measures to enhance profitability while maintaining service quality.

Requirements

Education:

• HND/Bachelors degree/Masters Degree in Estate Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
• A masters degree is a plus.

Experience:

• Proven of relevant experience in estate surveying and management practice.
• Proven track record of successful leadership and management in a similar role.
• Professional Certification is an added advantage.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in project management and financial analysis.
• Ability to think outside the box
