    Head of Partnerships

    Job Description

    • You will be responsible for identifying strategic deals and partnerships to build sustainable and meaningful partnerships, negotiating and closing the deals, and executing mutually beneficial commercial business contracts that create value for both the company and the partners in line with corporate goals.

    Requirements

    • You will contribute to revenue & business growth through partnerships growth.  
    • You will develop and strengthen strong relationships with top executives across the business ecosystem.
    • You will lead and direct a team of staff to build a professional, high-performance team culture, leverage expertise and support the creation of monetized product/program packages that address the identified business issues or growth needs of partners.
    • Establish, manage and maintain beneficial commercially-oriented, best practice and partnership approach relationships and networks, that aid in quickly developing strategic partnerships.
    • Provide strategic advice with commercial and impact mindset, expert negotiation and professional expertise in the development of all relevant partnership agreements and documentation.
    • Monitor, review and evaluate strategic partnerships and performance against set targets & business directions and establish value-driven and efficient asset/effort allocation.
    • You will stay updated and informed, about the latest trends, developments, and best practices in the partners’ business, through networking, organizing partners’ events, webinars, lectures, podcasts, and extensive reading of published articles, blogs, newsletters, or books, etc. that would enable you expand knowledge and bring top-rate advisory that help grow partners’ business.
    • Develop and prepare high-quality reports, briefings, presentations, submissions and other correspondence at an executive level, keep stakeholders adequately informed and ensure the provision of timely, professional communications and reporting across all relevant partnership activities
