    Head of Operations

    Position Overview

    • The Head of Operations will oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless management of teams and business processes.
    • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in operational management, team leadership, and business efficiency, with the ability to drive sales and achieve organizational excellence.

    Key Responsibilities
    Leadership & Team Management:

    • Lead, motivate, and manage teams to ensure high performance and accountability.
    • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

    Operational Efficiency:

    • Develop and optimize business processes to improve efficiency and client satisfaction.
    • Ensure effective resource allocation and operational planning.

    Sales & Business Growth:

    • Drive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand client base.
    • Identify and implement opportunities for growth and market expansion.

    Strategic Oversight:

    • Collaborate with senior leadership to set operational and financial goals.
    • Monitor performance metrics and generate insights for decision-making.

    Compliance & Quality Assurance:

    • Ensure compliance with immigration laws, regulations, and company policies.
    • Maintain high standards of service delivery and client care.

    Qualifications & Skills

    • Bachelor's Degree
    • Minimum of 10 years of experience in operations, preferably in the legal, consulting, or professional services industry.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage complex business processes and lead multidisciplinary teams.
    • Strong sales acumen and proven ability to drive business growth.
    • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
    • Proficient in using technology to enhance operational efficiency.
    • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
