Job Overview

• We are seeking a highly accomplished and dynamic Head of Operations to lead our company based in Lagos, Nigeria. Our company specializes in market research and customer service evaluation (mystery shop), data intelligence and customer service trainings.
• As the Head of Operations, you will have the crucial responsibility of overseeing daytoday operations, spearheading market, and revenue growth, managing the brand, and nurturing strong stakeholder relations.

Responsibilities
Strategic Planning and Execution:

• Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to achieve the organization's goals.
• Collaborate with senior management to align operational plans with the overall business objectives.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of operational processes, industry trends, market dynamics to identify growth opportunities.

Team Leadership and Management:

• Lead and manage a diverse team of operations professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the operations department.
• Set clear performance expectations and regularly assess team members& performance.

Operational Efficiency:

• Identify opportunities to optimize operational processes, streamline workflows, and reduce costs.
• Implement tools and technologies to enhance efficiency and productivity within the operations department.
• Drive revenue growth through the acquisition of new business opportunities and expanding existing client relationships.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions to ensure operational targets are met.

Quality Control and Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, industry standards, and best practices.
• Implement measures to monitor and continuously improve quality and customer satisfaction.
• Manage and enhance the company’s brand reputation, ensuring alignment with the company’s goals and core values.
• Represent the company in industry events, conferences, and networking activities.

Financial Management:

• Monitor expenses, analyse financial data, and identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the financial performance of the operations department.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations management, preferably within the service industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing daytoday operations, driving revenue growth, and delivering exceptional results.
• Strong strategic thinking and problemsolving skills with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
• Solid understanding of operations processes, market research, and customer service principles.
• Demonstrated experience in brand management and stakeholder relations.
• Financial acumen and budget management skills.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with the Nigerian market and relevant industry regulations is preferred.
