Head of Operations 

We are currently looking to hire a goal-driven individual to manage our day to day operations as a fast growing company. As the Head of Operations,, you will play a vital role by supporting the business generally and ensuring smooth operations on a daily basis, you will also manage all affairs of the company and do a lot of foundational work as well as managing key activities that involve communication, logistics, collaboration, mobility, productivity and workplace innovations etc.. You will also provide strategic vision and leadership and will be saddled with the responsibility of developing and implementing operational reporting structures and managerial procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations in the office in a timely, efficient, and proactive manner.  

• You will create structures and systems that enhance general employee experience. 

• Monitor and create daily reports of all activities within the company.

• Collaborate with key-stakeholders in the organization to ensure that tasks are carried out according to stipulated timelines. 

• Work with the customer support team to ensure smooth customer experience and daily reports are handed in properly.

• Perform document checks to meet standard operational procedures.

• Monitoring transactions, investigating and reporting suspicious activity, identifying opportunities for improvement.

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols.

• Preparing regular reports such as expenses, and general office budget, and organizing company records.

• Identify ways to develop new business relationships that will in turn benefit the company.

• Ensuring appropriate policies are in place with regard to procurement and tendering processes to secure the best deals for the organization from suppliers and service providers.

• Managing 3rd-party service provider relationships effectively and driving continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives.

• Perform any other task as assigned by the CEO.

Job Requirements/Specifications:

• At least 5+ years of relevant experience in operations or project management roles in the fintech, ecommerce or cryptocurrency industry. 

• Good knowledge in the Blockchain/ Cryptocurrency industry.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and control time effectively

• Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially. 

• Excellent people and project management skills.

• Ability to pay attention to details.
