Head of Operations at Cropsafe Agro Services Limited

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee operational strategies to ensure efficiency and productivity
• Manage and coordinate all operational departments, including warehouse, logistics, and procurement
• Monitor and optimize workflow, resource allocation, and cost management
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
• Implement systems for inventory management, reporting, and operational performance tracking
• Lead, mentor, and evaluate operational teams to drive results and continuous improvement
• Collaborate with senior management on business growth, operational planning, and process improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Agriculture, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
• Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in operations management, preferably in agro-processing, warehousing, or FMCG
• Proven ability to manage large teams and multiple operational units
• Strong knowledge of operational best practices, inventory management, and workflow optimization
• Proficiency with inventory or ERP software such as Sage or SAP
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
