Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand growth, visibility, and sales.
• Lead brand positioning, campaign development, and go-to-market initiatives across digital, retail, and experiential channels.
• Oversee content creation, social media management, influencer partnerships, and performance marketing.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and creative teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with business objectives.
• Manage marketing budget, measure campaign ROI, and generate actionable insights using data analytics
• Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, providing direction, mentorship, and accountability

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (MBA is a strong advantage).
• ⁠Minimum of 7–10 years experience in strategic marketing roles, preferably within FMCG, lifestyle, or beverage industries.
• ⁠Proven track record in brand building, digital marketing, and campaign execution.
• ⁠Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills.
