The Head, Investor and Relationship Management is responsible for leading the Group’s investor relations strategy and strengthening communication with shareholders, analysts, and institutional investors.
The role will drive transparency, foster trust with stakeholders, and ensure the timely dissemination of financial and business information to support informed decision-making.
The position also oversees the Group’s external stakeholder engagement, annual earnings calls, market intelligence, and execution of approved frameworks and policies, while championing the Group’s "sales-first" culture and aligning business development efforts with corporate objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the Group’s Investor Relations framework, ensuring timely communication with investors and analysts.
Oversee annual and quarterly reporting, investor presentations, and earnings calls.
Manage relationships with institutional investors, regulators, and other key external stakeholders.
Implement the Board-approved J10 policy and other governance frameworks within agreed timelines.
Lead market research, competitor analysis, and economic intelligence to guide business decisions.
Champion and embed the Group’s “sales-first” culture across all teams.
Requirements
Strong financial and analytical acumen with the ability to interpret complex data.
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
Proven stakeholder and relationship management expertise.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
In-depth knowledge of financial markets, industry trends, and investor behavior.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, ACCA, ICAN) preferred.
8–12 years of relevant experience in investor relations, research, or financial services.
