    Head of Growth and Marketing

    Responsibilities

    • Strategy; build and communicate a comprehensive growth marketing plan to help the business achieve its revenue goals.
    • Management; lead, develop and inspire a team of growth marketers.
    • Research; Analyze our current acquisition and retention strategies, research competitors and talk to our customers to help inform your strategy.
    • Customer Acquisition; take ownership for our customer acquisition channels - paid ads, display ads, SEO, affiliate marketing and influencer marketing.
    • Customer Conversion; own and improve how we convert our prospects into customers.
    • Stakeholder Management; work with a variety of stakeholders across sales, finance, marketing, development, operations and customer success to make sure plans and projects are communicated accordingly.
    • Collaborate with product and content marketing to build a compelling story across various developer personas;
    • Work with the data team to build dashboards to regularly monitor experiments, KPI’s, and other key metrics;
    • Drive Investment creation and financial transactions consummation.
    • Build a culture of experimentation and data inspection across the organization;
    • Define digital strategies across the entire customer lifecycle to maximize conversions;
    • Establish revenue and spend models that enable optimal allocation and ROI positive management of media spend.
    • Drive personalization efforts of lifecycle communications in partnership with product, design, data science and business intelligence;
    • 7 years B2C technology experience in a growth marketing or growth-focused product management function;
    • Strong analytics capabilities and a deep understanding of data analysis and science;
    • Developed company’s core paid channels, as well as all processes, policies and procedures.

    Requirements

    • Solid Leadership experience in a growth and commercial role for a commercial bank or any other finance company.
    • 5+ years’ experience in growth & marketing;
    • Someone who's been solely responsible for growth at their company and now looking to expand his/her managerial experience.
    • Sound Experience in Digital banking
    • Demonstrable experience of influencing growth.
    • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with diverse teams.
    • Degree educated.
