Head of Financial Operations and Tax at IpNX Nigeria Limited

• We’re looking for a sharp, hands-on finance leader who’s ready to own the entire finance operations engine of one of Nigeria’s fastest-growing Tier-1 Fibre & ISP companies. 
• This isn’t just another HoD role. You’ll run finance like a business, drive digital transformation, and partake in strategy formulation.

What You’ll Own

• End-to-end financial operations & GL (AP, AR, payroll, fixed assets, inventory, treasury)
• Bullet-proof IFRS reporting + flawless audited financials
• Tax strategy & compliance (VAT, CIT, WHT, transfer pricing, audits)
• Finance digital transformation — ERP optimization, automation, analytics
• Iron-clad internal controls & risk management
• Strategic business partnering on investments, pricing & growth
• Building & mentoring a high-performance finance team

Your expected qualifications

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CPA)
• 10+ years post-qualification, with strong finance leadership experience
• Proven background in Banking, Corporate Finance, Investment Management or Telecom (Telecom = big plus)
• Deep IFRS & Nigerian tax expertise
• Real experience rolling out or transforming ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, Sun etc.)
• Tech-savvy, data-driven, love automation
• Natural leader who gets things done and inspires teams
