Job Description

• Our client is seeking an Head of Finance who will be responsible for its financial strategy, reporting, and operational budgeting.
• The Head of Finance would ensure compliance, cost discipline, and financial transparency across departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage budgeting, cash flow, and monthly financial reporting.
• Develop pricing and profitability models for delivery operations.
• Ensure compliance with audit, tax, and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee financial systems for rider payments, vendor contracts, and fleet costs.
• Provide financial dashboards and insights to management and investors.
• Coordinate funding activities and investor relations.

Person Specification

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related; ACA/ACCA certification preferred.
• 7–10 years of experience in corporate or startup finance.
• Deep understanding of logistics cost modeling and digital payments
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian tax laws and fintech integrations.

Salary
N6,000,000 annually.
