Head of Finance at Box and Cedar

• The Head of Finance will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic financial planning.
• This role involves leading the finance team, managing budgetary processes, and providing financial insights to support decision-making.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and implement financial strategies to achieve organizational goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA or relevant professional qualification.
• Proven experience in a senior finance role, with at least 8 years of progressive financial management experience.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and best practices.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Advanced proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
