Head of Finance and Operations (Fintech) at Kredi Bank

Position Overview: 

• The Head of Finance and Operations will play a critical leadership role in overseeing the financial health and operational efficiency of the organization. This position is responsible for developing and executing financial strategies, managing budgets, and optimizing operational processes to drive growth and sustainability. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in finance, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Management:

• Develop and implement financial strategies that align with organizational goals.
• Prepare and manage the annual budget, forecasts, and financial reports.
• Monitor financial performance and provide insights for decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards.
• Oversee financial audits and liaise with external auditors.

Operational Leadership:

• Optimize operational processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure effective operational management.
• Collaborate with department heads to streamline operations and improve workflows.
• Analyze operational metrics and identify areas for improvement.

Team Management:

• Lead and mentor the finance and operations teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
• Provide guidance on professional development and performance management.
• Coordinate with HR to ensure effective recruitment and training of finance and operations staff.

Strategic Planning:

• Participate in strategic planning initiatives and provide financial insights to support organizational growth.
• Identify and evaluate investment opportunities and risks.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to align financial and operational strategies with overall business objectives.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Act as a key liaison between finance, operations, and other departments.
• Build strong relationships with external partners, including banks, vendors, and regulatory bodies.
• Communicate financial and operational performance to stakeholders, including the Board of Directors.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• Proven experience (7+ years) in finance and operations management, preferably in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with ERP systems and financial software.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
