Role Description

• The Head of Compliance at CardinalStone will oversee and manage compliance programs, ensuring the firm adheres to regulatory, legal, and internal policy requirements.
• This full-time role involves developing and implementing compliance policies, conducting audits, and ensuring the firm complies with Nigerian and international regulations.
• The role also includes managing relationships with regulatory bodies and providing training to staff on compliance matters. This is an on-site role, located in Lagos State, Nigeria.

Qualifications

• Compliance Management and Legal Compliance skills
• Regulatory Compliance and knowledge of Regulations
• Strong Analytical Skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant professional certifications are an advantage
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
