The Head of Commercials will lead the commercial strategy and operations of the company to achieve revenue growth, market expansion, and customer satisfaction in the ISP/Telecommunications sector. This role oversees sales, marketing, pricing, and product commercialization to ensure competitive positioning and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement commercial strategies tailored to ISP/Telecom markets.
Drive sales growth through innovative packages, customer acquisition campaigns, and retention programs.
Oversee product pricing, service bundling, and promotional activities.
Identify new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and emerging market segments.
Monitor competitor activities, customer usage patterns, and market trends to inform decisions.
Collaborate with technical and operations teams to align service delivery with commercial goals.
Prepare forecasts, budgets, and commercial performance reports for executive review.
Lead, coach, and develop the commercial team for peak performance.
Requirements:
BSc/HND in Business Management or a related discipline.
A professional qualification in relevant field is required.
A minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role within the ISP or telecom industry.
Proven track record in broadband or telecom product commercialization.
Strong understanding of data-driven sales and marketing strategies.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Strategic and analytical thinking.
Deep understanding of ISP/Telecom market dynamics.
