Head of Commercial at Money Trust Microfinance Bank

Role Overview:

• As the Head of Commercial, you will be responsible for driving the bank's commercial strategy, managing a team of talented professionals, and expanding our customer base.
• With your expertise in the fintech and banking industry, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and ensuring revenue growth.

• Develop and execute the bank's commercial strategy to achieve business goals and objectives.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Identify new market segments, assess customer needs, and develop tailored financial solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and regulatory bodies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. MBA preferred. 
• Minimum of 6 years experience in the banking industry, including fintech.
• Proven track record of delivering commercial results and driving business growth.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Sound knowledge of Microfinance banking operations, regulations, and market dynamics.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
