Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Woodwork, or a related field. A Master’s degree or equivalent experience is a plus.
Experience: Minimum of 5years of experience in the woodwork industry, with at least 3years in a managerial or leadership role.
Skills: Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and business development skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management abilities.
Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of woodwork processes, materials, and market trends.
