    Head of Business Development

    Our Company Riveton Developments Ltd is a startup Real Estate and Hospitality Company located in Sangotedo, Lagos, Nigeria. We are looking for an ambitious and business oriented Head of Business Development to join our expanding team.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    The Head of Business Development is responsible for increasing company revenue by identifying and developing new business opportunities as well as expanding business brand presence. To be successful as a Head of business development, should be adept at negotiating sound business deals as well as demonstrate excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

    The essential duties include but are not limited to the following activities:

    • Proactively sources potential business deals by engaging potential customers; discovering and exploring opportunities.
    • Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts;
    • Determine new opportunities by analyzing business needs.
    • Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
    • Arranging business development meetings with prospective clients
    • Developing in-depth knowledge of company offerings to identify profitable business opportunities.
    • Developing and managing strategic partnerships to grow business.
    • Presenting business or marketing opportunities to company executives and management.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Minimum of 2 years of Business Development/ Sales experience within the real estate industry with a proven sales track record is a top priority.
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management/ Sales or other relevant field.
    • Strong client relationship management skills.
    • Excellent prospecting, presentation and negotiation skills.
    • Excellent MS office knowledge.
    • In-depth knowledge of the real estate industry.
    • The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
    • Excellent time management, organisation and leadership skills
    • Effective communication and negotiation skills.
    • Strong business acumen, detail-oriented and persuasive.

     

    Salary: 100k
