Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for the Head of Business Development, located in Lagos State, Nigeria.
• The Head of Business Development is responsible for identifying business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing growth strategies.
• Daily tasks include conducting market research, analyzing current business performance, creating detailed reports, and leading a dynamic team to respond to market demands effectively.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Business Development, Market Research, and Client Relations
• Strong strategic planning and implementation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to analyze business performance and trends
• Leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team
• Knowledge of the Nigerian market and business landscape is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
