Head of Administration at The Riverbank School

Job Description

• Ensure smooth running of all the administrative functions in the school.
• Oversee the monitoring of inventories and annual physical stocking. Prepare and monitor School budgets and take responsibility for authorizing appropriate expenditure within the school.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
• Ensure effective communication with parents, regulatory bodies, the school community and the general public, ensuring that all enquiries are responded to and that all issues are resolved promptly.
• Liaise with Vendors, Government Agencies and external Stakeholders.
• Provide direction and supervise all non-academic departments including the support staff and security personnel and provide weekly reports to the Head of School.
• Oversee the organised filing, storage and security of documents.
• Supervise the purchase, repair and maintenance of office equipment and facilities, ensuring smooth operations at all times.
• Support the Head of School in producing statistical information as required.
• Ensure the School vehicles are well maintained and available to carry out official duties.
