The Head of Administration and Financial Services is responsible for managing the financial and administration activities of a company. This includes revenue generation, providing investment management solutions, financial growth and liquidity, tracking cash flow and financial planning as well as analyzing the company’s financial strengths and weaknesses and proposing corrective actions. The HAFS ensures all the statutory accounting and reporting functions are fulfilled, manages all financial and administrative services and will provide strategic business guidance to further generate revenue and develop a financially sound organisation.
