Job Responsibilities

• Verify, allocate, post and reconcile accounts payable and receivable whilst producing error-free accounting reports and presenting their results.
• Analyze financial information and summarize financial status.
• Monitor and measure operational efficiency of the organization by detecting and eliminating fraud and ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Monitor and provide advice to management to minimize risks resulting from poor controls whilst overseeing account operations.
• Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls (SOP).
• Carryout monthly review on business performance and report same to the management – management account.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or its equivalent from a reputable institution.
• Must havea professional certification e.g ICAN
• Minimum of 7years’ experience preferably within the Facilities Management/ Real Estate industry or related industries.
• Must have served in a leadership capacity.
• Must have prior experience in a facility management company.
• Must possess good communication skills both written and oral with the ability to use MS Office packages
• Knowledge of basic accounting procedures.
• In-depth understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Awareness of business trends and familiarity with financial accounting statements
• Experience in cash flow management and reporting.

Salary

• N450,000 - N500,000 Monthly.
