Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Head Nurse at Etta Atlantic Memorial Hospital in Lekki.
• The Head Nurse will oversee and manage the nursing staff, ensuring compliance with hospital policies and maintaining high standards of care.
• Daily responsibilities include developing patient care plans, monitoring patient progress, managing critical care situations, and coordinating with the medical team to provide optimum healthcare services.
• The Head Nurse will also be responsible for staff training, performance evaluation, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Nursing Management and coordinating nursing staff
• Competence in Nursing and providing Patient Care
• Knowledge in Medicine and Critical Care Medicine
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field, with relevant certifications
• Previous experience in a senior nursing role is a plus
