This is a full-time on-site role for a Head Nurse at Etta Atlantic Memorial Hospital in Lekki.
The Head Nurse will oversee and manage the nursing staff, ensuring compliance with hospital policies and maintaining high standards of care.
Daily responsibilities include developing patient care plans, monitoring patient progress, managing critical care situations, and coordinating with the medical team to provide optimum healthcare services.
The Head Nurse will also be responsible for staff training, performance evaluation, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Qualifications
Experience in Nursing Management and coordinating nursing staff
Competence in Nursing and providing Patient Care
Knowledge in Medicine and Critical Care Medicine
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field, with relevant certifications
Previous experience in a senior nursing role is a plus
