Job Summary

• We require the service of a result-oriented, diligent and honest individual to join its team as Head, Leasing Operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive leasing strategies to meet revenue and targets.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategy, identify new opportunities, and adjust pricing.
• Prepare and manage the annual leasing budget, ensuring financial goals are achieved.
• Oversee the entire leasing process from start to finish, including lead generation, application processing, negotiation, and lease execution.
• Negotiate high-value, complex lease agreements with key clients, ensuring favorable terms that align with the company's financial objectives.

Job Requirement

• B.Sc / B.Tech / HND Business Administration, Estate Management, Marketing or any relevant discipline.
• A higher degree may be a plus.
• Minimum of five years' experience in a similar role.
• Ability to analyze market data, financial reports and performance metrics to inform decision making.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite.
