Job Summary

• The Head, Investment Research is responsible for leading the firm's research function, providing strategic insights, market intelligence, and investment recommendations that support the firm's asset management, investment banking, and advisory decisions.
• This role involves driving the research agenda, overseeing macroeconomic and company-specific analyses, producing high-quality reports, and ensuring that all investment decisions are grounded in robust research and data-driven insights.

Qualification and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or related field.
• A master's degree or MBA (Finance or Economics specialization) is an added advantage.
• Relevant certifications such as CIS, ACA, or equivalent are advantageous.
• Exceptional analytical, quantitative, and financial modeling skills.
• Minimum of 8 Of progressive experience in investment research, macroeconomic analysis, or capital markets.
• At least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership capacity managing research teams.
• Proven experience producing research reports used in investment or policy decision-making.
• Strong track record of influencing investment strategy through research insights.
