Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based on Lagos Island for the position of Head HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment). The Head HSE will oversee the development and implementation of health, safety, and environmental policies, ensure compliance with regulatory health and safety standards, conduct risk assessments and audits, and foster a culture of safety across the organization. The role involves coordinating EHS initiatives and providing leadership in occupational health practices to maintain a safe and sustainable work environment.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Health & Safety, Environment Health and Safety (EHS), and Occupational Health practices
• Proficiency in risk assessments, Auditing, and compliance reporting
• Professional certifications are highly desirable
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills
• Ability to develop and implement safety policies and programs
• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health, or a related field
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial sectors is an advantage
