You are a highly-experienced, process-oriented person with the ability to lead the recruitment of couriers/messengers on the Kwik platform.
You have overall fleet support processes that include vehicle inspection, courier distribution, quality assurance in terms of courier recruitment. You work in partnership with hub operations team to ensure overall fleet conditions and performance.
You are ready to roll up your sleeves, join a passionate team, and build a business at light speed while tackling the large Nigerian parcel shipping market.
You will make sure that our amazing services are available and perfectly executed to our customers conveniently and seamlessly.
What You'll Do
Monitor, anticipate and manage the live operation to ensure a greater user experience
Manage sourcing and recruitment of business required fleet capacity
Lead the communication with the fleet affiliates and independent riders on how they can maximise their earnings while delivering quality service.
Give a structured and actionable daily feedback to the hub operations manager
Ensure a smooth operation by coordinating communication with Live Operations Support.
Use data to drive improvements to fleet recruitment management and ensure high-quality and high fliers are on boarded regularly on the platform
Improve services and process efficiencies.
What You'll Bring
BA / B.Sc qualification in Social Sciences, Operations or equivalent practical experience.
6+ years of experience managing transportation operations to ensure lowest-cost and on-time delivery
Experience in strategic recruitment of fleet
Ability to effectively manage hourly employees
Natural leader with the ability to motivate and lead a team, even indirect reports
Ability to take initiative and be flexible in a constantly-changing work environment
Excellent communication skills
Strong knowledge of excel / google sheets and ease with a variety of tech platforms and reporting.
