Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee corporate accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage tax administration, performance management, and cost-revenue analysis.
• Develop and implement financial and operational strategies aligned with company goals.
• Ensure efficient transaction processing, including accounts payable, receivable, and reconciliations.
• Lead the preparation of financial statements, management reports, and budget forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles, tax regulations, and SEC reporting requirements.
• Supervise and develop the Finance & Operations team, fostering a culture of high performance.
