This is an on-site, full-time role based in Abuja for the position of Head Finance Manager.
The Head Finance Manager will be responsible for directing financial strategies, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
The role involves overseeing all accounting operations, preparing financial statements, analyzing financial performance, managing payroll, and implementing financial policies to align with the Foundation’s mission.
The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership to support decision-making processes through financial insights and reporting.
Qualifications
Expertise in Financial Management, Budgeting, and Financial Analysis
Proficiency in Accounting Principles, Tax Compliance, and Audit Preparation
Experience with Financial Reporting, Cash Flow Management, and Financial Planning
Strong Analytical, Problem-Solving, and Decision-Making Skills
Proficiency in Financial Software, Spreadsheets, and Excel
Exceptional Communication, Leadership, and Team Management Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or CPA preferred)
Experience in nonprofit financial management is an advantage
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
