• This role provides oversight on the Enterprise-wide Risk Management (ERM) strategy and framework that effectively translates the risk appetite framework into informed decision-making practices, supporting business and strategic Objectives as well as providing oversi$t on the internal control activities of Tangerine

Our Minimum Qualifications

• First Degree in related discipline
• Minimurn of 8-14 years post graduate experienceinrisk managernentorre"d area withnthe financial serv•ices sector.
• Knowledge of insurance business would be an added advantage
• Good knowledge of insurance products offerings (development, dependencies, features etc) In-depth understanding of regulatory ccmpliance requirements.
• Should be well versed with the regulaWy environment
• Professional certifications in any risk and related discipline
