    Head, Enterprise Applications Support

    Job Description

    • Lead support for enterprise applications (ERP, CRM) used by subsidiaries.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee application maintenance and upgrades.
    • Coordinate with vendors for issue resolution.
    • Ensure alignment with business processes.

    Key Qualifications and Competencies

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field and Masters will be an addition
    • 7+ years in enterprise application support.
    • SAP or Oracle ERP experience preferred.
    • Knowledge of fintech and banking ecosystems.
