Head, Digital Unit - Marketing Department at Trends Ventures

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the digital marketing unit, setting vision, strategy, and execution plans.
• Develop and oversee integrated digital campaigns across web, social media, email, and paid channels.
• Drive analytizeand performance marketing to maximize ROI.
• Manage digital content creation, including blogs, videos, infographics, and thought leadership pieces.
• Collaborate with product and sales teams to align digital marketing with business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and data security best practices.
• Monitor emerging digital trends and technologies, applying them to enhance brand positioning.
• Mentor and manage a team of digital marketing professionals.

Qualifications & Skills

• HND / Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields
• Minimum of 5 - 8 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven expertise in digital strategy, analytics, and campaign management.
• Strong knowledge of social media, marketing automation, and CRM tools.
• Experience in engineering, technology, or security-related industriesis an added advantage.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to innovate and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
